A small urban house in the city showcasing lavender growing on the garage roof and responsibly-harvested wood throughout, this house has collaboration and sustainable design written all over it. Dave Brach was responsible for the core and shell of the dwelling and, while working for Scott Hinton, Rustin Ostler made the exterior details and interior design of this house sing. The interior is extremely detail oriented, from wooden sinks to floating kitchen cabinets. The sustainable design through this home leaves no question as to why the house was featured in the Salt Lake City “Green Home Tour” in 2006.
