G Rez Modern Home Design

Designed to be built on a very challenging (nearly unbuildable) lot, this very small residence was designed to utilize the unique lot shape, while opening up areas that take advantage of views.  Small on square footage but large on personality, this dwelling with modern home design met the single owner’s need for a place in which she could have an office (work up front) and a place for entertaining guests (party in the back).
