Hub Rez

This was a exterior remodel project that the Client asked us to come up with design ideas without changing the existing structure.  They wanted a more modern look without changing walls.  A new wood screen and steel structure was added to the front of the structure to break up the long and flat front wall.  A new focal point was given to the front porch by adding the screen and floating concrete landings.
